After completing my A-Levels, I went on to work full time at a sixth form college in their finance department. I decided I wanted to broaden my knowledge of accounting and finance so decided to take an evening class at Clarendon College in Nottingham. After 4 years of hard work and what felt like millions of exams, I gained full membership of the Association of Accountancy Technicians in September 2014. I am now a student member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). I have worked in accountancy within sixth form colleges and the NHS over a period of 9 years and joined AST in February 2016. Due to the extensive amount of accounting transactions I oversee and having such admirable colleagues, I thoroughly enjoy working at AST.
